Applying for Small Business Certifications

Daucey Brewington will discuss the details of applying for federal certifications beneficial to small businesses in government contracting. He will discuss what information is required by applicants. He will also examine the specific forms for SBA programs.

He will focus on the SBA programs: HUBZone, 8(a) Business Development Program, Women-Owned Small Business, Service Disable Veteran-Owned Small Business; Other Women, and Veteran Certifications, and the Department of Transportation Disadvantaged Business Enterprise DBE program.
