  This is an annual notice regarding the UW Critical Patient Care and Specialized Medical Facilities Roster. There is no deadline for submittal of applications. The Roster is used to solicit contractors through December 31, 2016. If award a contract, contractor must provide insurance and payment and performance bonds.

  As part of the selection criteria, Contractor is required to submit their MWBE Outreach Plan. Voluntary goals of 10% MBE’s and 6% WBE’s of the Contract value is desired.
Scope of work
  This Roster may be used to solicit and award contracts for construction, building, renovation, remodeling, alteration, repair, or improvements for projects at the University of Washington Medical Center, Harborview Medical Center, and facilities were specialized medical research is conducted.
