The University of Washington is soliciting applications for its Small Works Roster from qualified contractors. Small Works projects are defined by statute as those projects with an estimated construction cost of less than $300,000. The University’s Small Works Roster has three categories: General Contractors, Mechanical Contractors, and Electrical Contractors. The University may utilize the Roster to solicit bids and award contracts for construction, renovation, remodeling, demolition, or repairs for projects at the University’s Seattle, Tacoma, and Bothell campuses, and other University locations. If awarded a project, bonds and insurance will be required. |
