Scope of work | |
Demolition of existing chiller, cooling towers, associated pumps, and all chilled and condenser water piping and accessories. Demolish electrical circuits serving chiller, cooling towers, and associated pumps. Construction of a concrete trench from the adjacent utility tunnel to the SW corner of Wallace Hall. Connect and extend campus chilled water supply and return piping and compressed air piping from the utility tunnel into Wallace Hall. Replace existing chilled water coils in both penthouse air handling units. Extend campus chilled water supply and return piping from new trench to new chilled water coils. Stub out chilled water piping for new ground floor air handling unit. Re-connect chilled water valve control system to new control valves. Extend campus air compressed air piping from new trench to mechanical room compressed air main. Remove existing air compressor, patch roof where cooling towers and piping have been removed. Match existing surface and slope. Patch ground floor ceilings where piping was replaced and match existing surface finishes. | |
