Pre-Bid Site Meeting is 11:30AM on June 22, 2016 at the University Tower, 4333 Brooklyn Avenue NE, in the lobby.

Subcontractor / Supplier Goals, Set Asides, Preferences
Mandatory Apprenticeship Utilization of at least 15% of the total labor hours worked on the Contract is required.

Voluntary goals of 10%MBE and 6%WBE. Participation may be either on a direct basis or as a subcontractor or supplier.

Scope of work
Replace a set of obsolete fire alarm systems with a single dire alarm system. The project area is a complex of four buildings including a high rise. The new fire alarm system will monitor each building by a distinct zone fire alarm control panel connected to the campus network and interconnected with the other controls panels in the complex.
