Tenant improvement of two existing office/administrative areas on the north portion of the second floor in Building UWB1 (Suites UW1-260 & UW1-271/281) at the University of Washington Bothell Campus. Area included in the renovation is approximately 5644 SF. Existing office space and systems are to be demolished and replaced with a new workspace configuration consisting of individual offices, conference rooms, work and meeting spaces, including changes and/or additions to existing mechanical and electrical systems. There are no changes to the building envelope or the exterior site conditions. The remainder of the building will be continuously occupied by the owner, and existing corridor/hallway circulation pathways outside the two suites shall remain in use during construction. |
