Scope of Work
Hoffman Structures Inc (“HSI”) is providing a bid for the following project and invites you to submit a sub-bid proposal in your area of expertise. Subcontractor / Supplier Goals, Set Asides, Preferences
We are soliciting Sub-bids for the following areas:

  •  Ready-Mix
  •  Concrete Pumping
  •  Concrete Wash-Out Pans
  •  Reinforcing Steel Furnish
  •  Reinforcing Steel Placement
  •  Concrete Finishing
  •  Concrete Formwork
Specific instructions: bid closing, mandatory meeting, bonding, insurance…
We will be holding an outreach meeting for SBE and DBE firms to review the various scopes of work and understand how HSI can utilize and mentor small businesses as part of this project.
