Construction of a new 14,500 SF, two-story Administration Building for Seattle Public Utilities (SPU), designed to meet LEED Gold requirements. The existing site will require both site demo and building demo prior to construction of the new building.
Alternate 1: generator in outdoor enclosures
Alternate 2: installation of new asphalt parking lot over existing gravel parking lot
Alternate 3: branch circuit level metering of all circuits and controlled receptacles
Alternate 4: PV (Photovoltaic) system
Alternate 5: generator circuit from new admin bldg. to existing septic pump
Alternate 6: visual markers on the insulating glazing units to deter bird collisionsEstimated Value: $7.212 Million
