Scope of work | |
The University of Washington will be accepting Proposals from experienced firms to provide General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM) services for the University of Washington Computer Science & Engineering Expansion project.
The GC/CM for the project will construct the following project: A 130,000gsf building to provide space for additional faculty, graduate students, researchers and undergraduates. The building will provide instructional space in the form of a lecture hall, classrooms, seminar rooms and conference facilities. Technology and computing workrooms, a hardware lab and high bay equipment, instrumentation and robotics workshops will be key technical spaces within the new facility. Additionally, the program will include general office, common areas, and building support functions. |
