The University of Washington is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from Architectural firms to provide design services for a 500-bed student residence hall with a dining facility at the University of Washington (UW) Bothell campus.The Development Manager, Spectrum Development Solutions, is providing the programming, conceptual design and site planning for the project. The selected architectural firm will complete schematic design, design development and construction documents based upon the programming, conceptual design and site planning provided. |
