Description of the Project:
The Quinault Indian Nation (QIN) is seeking an Architectural/Engineering Design firm or team to design and prepare construction documents for a Multi-Use Building that will house the Elders Program, Head Start, Early Head Start and Child Care Programs. A Feasibility Report was completed in early 2014 which programmed a building of approximately 34,000 SF to be located on a five acre tract of Tribal Trust land. Preference will be given to qualified Native American Firms. The Scope of Services will include the following phases: Confirmation of the Design Program and Schematic Design; Design Development; and Construction Documents. Bidding and Construction Administration/Services, Record Documentation and Project Closeout will be negotiated as additional services. Email email@example.com for a copy of the Request for Qualifications and the Multi-Use Building Feasibility Report. SOQ’s are due February 17, 2015.
