The Nisqually Tribe is currently seeking to hire a contractor for the purpose of building a Storage/Wood Shed for the Emergency Management Building.

Scope of Work
Build a 20’x40’ enclosed shed for storage, with additional space under the roof that is not enclosed for wood storage. This building will be wood or metal construction, include all ground prep, concrete floors under the storage area, four walls fully enclosing the storage area with one set of double doors for access. Doors must be metal, commercial grade. The building will be painted on the outside (if wood) and be considered complete once it is ready for move in. All garbage will be hauled out by the contractor. Site visit is expected before placing bid.
