Scope of Work | |
The successful contractor shall provide all materials, tools, equipment, supplies, parts, labor & supervision, transportation, mobilization and demobilization necessary to provide residential water & wastewater services for four (4) sites the Glennallen area. Contractor will be required to drill and install 6” water wells, trench and install water and sewer service lines, install septic systems, install water filtration systems (if needed) and perform other necessary work in order to provide water and sewer service to the individual residences. Time is of the essence. All work is to be performed in strict accordance with the Scope of Work, Technical Specifications, Plans, and the Bid Schedule. Pricing is to include all costs associated with completing the project, including administrative, overhead, profit, etc. | |
