The construction work includes, but is not limited to, the items listed below on two projects combined into a single solicitation: RM12-2061 Repair Dry Dock 2 Portal Crane Rail, Electrical Duct Banks & Manholes: Demolition of existing structures, utilities, and paving as well as construction of concrete trenches, duct banks, accesses to service galleys, repair of crane rail girder, repairs to service galleys, regrading and paving around the crane beams, railways rails and incidental related work. RM15-1693 Repair Utility Systems at Dry Dock 2: Removal and replacement of non-compliant electrical outlets in the service Galleries, replacement of substation equipment items, installation of new conduits, feeders, manholes, substations and related equipment on both sides of the dry dock. This work also includes the installation of new 15KV service loop for the new substations, which includes SF6 switches. Supply Items Include: In conjunction therewith, those small businesses with the following NAICS codes are solicited: Subcontract Items Include: Civil work to excavate utility trenches, AC and PCC paving, Jack and Bore Tunneling, Cast-in-place concrete structures, repair of crane rail girder, pavement markings, repairs at service galleys, high performance painting, Security Fencing. |
