It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine the quantities needed, based on the drawings. There will be no change order issued due to bidder mis-count or miscalcualtion. Bidder is toinclude an itemized list of all furniture items, with individual pricing. Freight is to be included in the bid price for this lot. Lump sum bid price is to also include delivery to job site, assembly as needed, installation, waste removal of all packing materials, etc., and manufacturer’s standard warranty. | |

| if award amount exceeds $100,000, the Contractor MUST furnish to ANTHC Performance and Payment Bonds. Bonds must be submitted within ten (10) business days after receipt of the forms.
All furnishings must be placed on-site, fully assembled per manufacturer’s specifications and in operable condition by September 16, 2016. There are no exceptions to the delivery start date or deadline. Furniture shall be delivered following the schedules noted in the individual Scopes of Work. No storage of any kind is available for the furniture, with the exceptions noted in the individual Scopes of Work. The daily schedule for delivery and setup will be coordinated with the project manager and the selected bidder upon award. |
