This project is located on a controlled access military base.

This project is a Task Order for a MATOC contract. This project is RFP number W912DW-15-T-7008. Pease & Sons’ MATOC (Multiple Award Task Order Contract) number is W912DW-14-D-1006.

Project Description: Repairs and upgrades to existing stormwater conveyance and treatment systems. Existing soil stockpiles shall be removed. Approx 91 LF of existing 84-inch diameter conc pipe shall be lined with cast in place pipe (CIPP). Flow meter shall be installed on 84-inch stormwater influent pipe. Existing pumping system shall be repaired, including specified pump replacement(s) and new controls and electrical systems. All necessary conduit and telecomm lines shall be installed and connected as required. Existing coalescing plate oil/water separator vault shall be cleaned and retrofitted with now coalescing plates. New utilities are proposed to cross existing water, electrical, and NEC lines. Potholing of existing water, electrical, and NEC lines shall occur prior to construction to ensure conflict with new utilities does not occur.

Estimated Value: $1 – $5 million

Contract Duration: 365 calendar days

This project is subject to federal Davis Bacon wage rates. Certified payroll will be required.

This project is subject to Buy American requirements. Please review the specs for additional information.

SPECIAL NOTE TO THE FOLLOWING:
1) Project Manager and Superintendent Experience
2) Subcontractor Experience for subs tasked with constructing flow meter, pumps, and pump controls, coalescing plate oil/water separator, cast in place pipe (CIPP), and electrical controls must have satisfactorily completed a minimum of two (2) projects of similar nature, scope and dollar value.
Please review the Proposal Evaluation Criteria located in the RFP packet requiring submission of documentation for pertinent project history. This documentation is required to be submitted WITH THE BID.
