Scope of work | |
Demolition of an existing card lock fueling station located at 2135 Marvin Road NE, Olympia, Washington, and related site improvements. This includes demolition of an existing card lock fueling station and related site improvements. • Cap existing site utilities including water, septic, gas, electric, phone and cable as applicable. • Cap and drain hydraulic fluid from two hydraulic lifts located within the building. • Perform an abatement for hazardous building materials described in the provided in the attached “Regulated Building Material Survey,” dated November 7, 2012. • Demolish and dispose off-site the pump island canopy (approximately 1,300 square feet) and service station building (approximately 1,500 building with 300 square feet of awning). Size of building and canopy to be verified by contractor. • Demobilize and leave site free from demolition debris and relatively flat. |
