INVITATION FOR BIDS
The Muckleshoot Housing Authority will receive bids for the remodel of bathroom for Irene Barr
Written bids will be received until Noon P.S.T., on Wednesday January 22, 2014, at the office of the Muckleshoot Housing Program 38037 ~ 158th Avenue SE, Auburn, Washington 98092. Bids received after this time will not be accepted.
Notice is hereby given to all prospective bidders that the Muckleshoot Indian Tribe has established a Local Ordinance concerning Indian Preference.
INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS
SCOPE OF WORK: Remove tub shower, toilet, sink, vanity and mirror cabinet, vinyl floor and underlayment, install new handicap shower in same location as existing tub, install new handicap toilet along sink wall, Install new medicine cabinet with mirror, repair walls as needed, repair sub floor and install new underlayment and vinyl flooring. Install new toilet paper roller and towel bars as needed. Prep and paint walls Antique White with eggshell finish. See scope of work attached for full details.Scope of Work

Description: New handicap items for bathroom.
Work includes:
• Remove and dispose of tub shower, toilet, sink, vanity, and mirror cabinet.
• Remove vinyl flooring and underlayment.
• Install new handicap shower in same location as existing tub.
• Install new handicap toilet in new location along sink wall.
• Install new wall mount sink in same location as existing sink. Cover pipes with protective cover.
• Install new medicine cabinet with mirror, align above sink.
• Repair walls as needed.
• Repair sub floor and install new underlayment and vinyl flooring.
• Install new toilet paper roller and towel bars as needed.
• Prep and paint walls, antique white with eggshell finish.
