Lydig Construction requires a Subcontractor Qualification Form from all subcontractors prior to bid day. This form is available on Lydig’s company website. http://www.lydig.com/subcontractors-partners/

In accordance with state law, bidders are required to have a current Washington State contractor license at the time of submitting bids.
Bonding Requirements:

Subcontractor Payment and Performance bonding is required on contract values exceeding $300,000. The P&P bonds are to be provided to the Owner and Lydig Construction at the time of the contract execution.

Project Location: 3608 Spenard Road – Anchorage, AK 99503
Construction of a 3 story mixed use building consisting of 33 one bedroom units and retail space. The building is approximately 32,875sf total (2,847sf Retail; 21,450sf Residential; 8,578sf Ancillary Space). Construction is anticipated to commence in July 2016, with a proposed project duration of no more than 14 months.
