Project Description: Includes, but is not limited to, selective demo, civil and site work, boring of geothermal wells, installation of a geothermal ground loop system, connection of the geothermal ground loop to the building’s hydronic system, and related mechanical and electrical work.

Estimated Value: $1.2 – $1.6 million

Contract Duration: 4/15/16 – 8/17/16

NOTE: There is 1 Base Bid as well as 2 Alternate Bids. Please LIST SEPARATELY on your bid proposal.
