Plans and specifications are available for viewing at the KT Administration office or http://www.kitsaptransit.com/agency-information/procurement. It is recommended that Bidders notify Patrick Rogers of their intent to submit a Bid and register with KT’s Planholders’ List in order to receive electronic notification of issued Addenda. Bidders that do not register will not be notified of Addenda and will need to periodically check for Addenda on KT’s website http://www.kitsaptransit.com/agency-information/procurement during the Bid period and before submitting a Bid.
A pre-bid walk-through of the Project will be offered at 2:00 PM on February 2nd, 2016 at the George’s Corner Park & Ride Lot, 27618 NE Hansville Road, Kingston, WA 98346. Bidders are encouraged to attend. All questions regarding this project must be submitted in writing, via USPS or email to:

All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid bond in the form of a certified or cashier’s check, postal money order, or surety bond made payable to Kitsap Transit, for a sum not less than five (5) percent of the amount of such bid, including sales tax.
Kitsap Transit expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive irregularities, and to award the Project to the lowest responsive bidder. |
