|Scope of work
|This requirement is for a Design-Bid-Build Building 431 Seismic Upgrade project to bring the original 1933 building and its later additions up to code and incidental related work. The project includes the retrofit and renovation of an existing 557,426 square foot ship maintenance facility to current structural and seismic standards, including significant demolition of the building interior, renovation of all architectural, mechanical and electrical systems, and hazardous material remediation.
The project is located within the Controlled Industrial Area (CIA) of Naval Base Kitsap, Bremerton, WA.
