Description of the Project:

A 127,171 SF specially designed Readiness Center to support four occupant organizations of the Washington Army National Guard. The facility will include a specially designed 10,000 SF Sensitive Compartment Information Facility. Other areas of the facility will include a prominent entry and stairway with specialized finishes, multiple reinforced-concrete storage vaults, assembly areas, and support spaces. Sitework will include Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection features, Privately Owned Vehicle parking, access roads and traffic control devices, dumpster enclosure and storage facility, utilities, lighting, fencing, sidewalks, landscaping, detached facility sign, storm water features, clearing and grubbing, and grading.

Interested bidders are required to complete ITB form, Qualification Questionnaire, SB Self-Certification, and provide a brief Capability Statement (optional).  Complete and return pre-bid docs ASAP.  Qualified proposals, directed toward your respective estimator contact, are due by 12:00 PM PST on June 11, 2013.
