Understanding & Complying With The Non-manufacturer Rule – Webinar

July 14, 2016 @ 10:00 am - 11:30 am PDT

Free

GOVOLOGY

Small and large contractors alike often misunderstand how the Government’s non-manufacturer rule works.  Being a “non-manufacturer” for federal contracting purposes means much more than not being a manufacturer– it means qualifying under a series of special requirements imposed by the U.S. Small Business Administration.

Join government contracts attorney Steven Koprince as he demystifies the nonmanufacturer rule, including all eligibility components, waivers, exceptions, and more.  The webinar will also include an overview of important nonmanufacturer rule changes effective June 30, 2016.

After attending this webinar, participants will be able to:

  1. Understand the requirements to qualify as a non-manufacturer;
  2. Know how to determine whether a non-manufacturer waiver is in effect, and how to obtain a waiver;
  3. Understand the important exceptions and limitations of the non-manufacturer rule.

Target Audience: Resellers, distributors, and manufacturers of products sold to the U.S. Federal Government
