Tribal Employment Rights Ordinances (TERO) are legal ordinances and policies that dictate hiring practices on reservations and contracting procedures on Tribal projects. Staying compliant with applicable TERO laws can be a major factor in a successful performance on Tribal Reservation projects. During this course, we will explore the history and common elements of different TEROs that may have an effect on contract bidding and performance. Specifically, you will learn:hand
