Diversity Supplier Event – May 25, 2016

If you would like to learn about becoming a Legacy supplier, please join us at our Diversity Supplier Event.

Registration is required
Before attending, you must first supply us copies of your business license, insurance and state diversity certification.
To register, email us here, include the names (First and Last), titles and attach these 3 items to the email. (Email: SupplierDiversity@LHS.ORG)

Once we receive your email and review your documents, we will send a registration confirmation email for your participation in the Diversity Supplier Event.
