Through the plansroom you can download bidding documents and sign up to be notified of addendums that are released. Additionally, project documents are available at the owner websites. Please check owner sites frequently for changes in bidding documents and dates. Please be aware that all of the following bids have cutoff dates to ask questions of the owner.
Grass Creek North Phase 1 Project – 15-T-DV-205
Cook Inlet Housing Authority (CIHA) on behalf of Grass Creek North I Limited Partnership will accept written proposals from responsive and responsible general contractors to construct eight (8) tri-plex and two (2) four-plex townhome style buildings, one (1) three story twenty-unit multifamily building for a total of fifty-two (52) units and associated civil work for Phases I and II. Mountain View Elementary School Renewal –
The District is constructing a project to renew Mountain View Elementary School. Mountain View Elementary School is currently a 58,158 sf school serving around 436 students at a campus located at 4005 McPhee Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska. The existing building will be improved to serve for at least the next 10 years. The proposed plan eliminates one of the two front entries, improves the main entrance, reorganizes the administrative office area for security, reconfigures the stage to provide an area for music instruction, and provides bus separation to alleviate traffic congestion. Building component replacement includes portions of the roofing and siding, exterior doors, windows, interior finishes, and casework. The project also includes improvements for thermal performance of exterior walls, seismic performance of the building structure bringing it up to current building code, ADA upgrades building wide and renews or replaces mechanical, electrical and system controls

Furnish all labor, supervision, testing, materials, tools and equipment as
necessary to properly complete the scope of work for the component renewal as indicated in the project documents. Work includes, but is not limited to,

2. Partial roof system replacement,
3. Structural upgrades,
4. Fire alarm replacement,
5. Civil upgrades

Emergency Power Plant Fuel Storage – Clear AFS
Construct 4 each 60,000 gallon diesel fuel tanks in below-grade, concrete vaults with piping and pumps to connect to emergency diesel-generators. Install interior and exterior security fencing and perimeter road to meet security requirements and include all necessary lighting, trenching, and related infrastructure. Construct access roads to provide fuel loading access, Entry Control, and parking.
Davis will be taking part in the Clear bid as a subcontractor. We are looking for other subcontractor partners in conjunction with our Prime Contractor, Sitnasuak Construction Services, LLC. If you intend to participate as a bidder, let me know. There are also subcontractor bonding requirements, please be sure that you have appropriate bonding capacity.

Alaska Aerospace-Range Facilities Reconstruction– Kodiak, AK
The Alaska Aerospace Corporation (AAC), in accordance with AAC Reg. 1.030(b), is soliciting proposals for a General Contractor to perform and properly execute all work specified in this solicitation. The AAC expects to award the contract to the best-valued Offeror based on the requirements in this solicitation. The Offeror selected for award will be the Offeror whose proposal is responsive, responsible, and is the most advantageous to AAC, as determined by AAC in its sole discretion.
