Scope of work
Community Transit seeks qualified Vendors with the technical skills, knowledge, and capacity to provide vinyl vehicle graphics and installation and removal services. Community Transit intends to use this contract to maintain its entire fleet of 600 plus vehicles with fresh graphics as needed for the life of this contract. There are three modules and Vendors may submit competitive proposals for one, any or all of the three modules.

Module 1: Supply and Delivery of Vehicle Graphics
This will be awarded to a primary and a secondary vendor. If the primary vendor can not meet timeline requirements, the order will be canceled and Community Transit will order from the secondary vendor.

Module 2: Special Projects
Vendors selected and placed under contract in this Special Projects Vendor pool are not guaranteed to be selected for work. As the need for special projects arise, Community Transit will send a brief request summarizing the proposed Scope of Work/Task Order and graphics to the selected pool member(s).

Module 3: Graphics Installation and Removal Service
This will be awarded to a primary and a secondary vendor. If primary vendor can not meet timeline requirements, the order will be canceled and Community Transit will order from the secondary vendor.

If any Vendor fails to respond or perform the requested work within the timeframes provided or agreed upon, Community Transit may cancel the request and procure the services from another party.
