Project Description: Project consists of complete demolition the north and south ends of the building with the center portion, multi-purpose room, to have selective demolition work. New construction to consist north and south end construction and interior remodeling of the multi-purpose room. Building to have offices, locker rooms, storage rooms, computer lab, restrooms, elevator and includes complete plumbing and HVAC systems, and electrical work. A limited amount of site work is needed.

Construction Estimate: $5,400,000

This is a Washington State Prevailing Wage Rate project. Prevailing Wage Rates are in accordance with Thurston County requirements.

Minority, Women and Native American sub-contractors and support personnel are highly encouraged to participate in the project.
