Ever wonder why many Tribal owned casinos, hotels, convenience stores, offer few, if any, Native food products? Often times, it is because the purchasers or buyers are not able to locate Native producers or their distributors. It is time to fix that.
The Affiliated Tribes of Northwest Indians (ATNI) is inviting Native food producers, manufactures, wholesalers and distributors to present their Native sourced products to Tribal leadership on Wednesday, February 19 at their Winter Conference at Silver Reef Hotel Spa Resort in Ferndale, WA. Please consider this invitation as an opportunity to get the word out about your products.
In addition to Tribal leadership, purchasing representatives from Tribal C Store Summit Group, Whole Foods and several casinos and hotels are expected to attend in order to expand their knowledge of available Native products.
ATNI is very excited by this opportunity to connect vendors and buyers. ATNI is offering a limited number of spaces for the Wednesday presentation. Their goal is to provide the buyers and leaders with easy to follow next steps to purchase.
Make the most of this opportunity! Bring with you:
- Samples
- Order sheets
- Contact information
- Remember to gather a contacts follow up list
This is a great chance to meet and network with other Native food vendors and to brainstorm and problem solve logistical concerns. Be an active part in the discussion on Indian Country Products. This is your chance to expand your brand awareness to Tribal owned enterprises. DON”T MISS OUT!!
