 ALASKA NATIVE/AMERICAN INDIAN PREFERENCE: In accordance with Section 7(b) of the Indian Self Determination and Education Assistance Act (ISDA), 25 U.S.C., 450e(b), an Alaska Native/American Indian bidder’s preference will be applied in the amount of:

  • 2.5% if the aggregate amount of the contract is expected to be more than $10,000,000.00, including all option years;
  • 5% if the aggregate amount of the contract is anticipated to be between $500,000.00 and $10,000,000.00, including all option years; and
  • 10% if the anticipated aggregate amount is less than $500,000.00, including all option years.
Scope of work
 Supply insulated pipe and fittings as noted in the original solicitation and any amendments, in strict accordance with the included technical specifications and drawings from plan set SHX-07-004.
