Bid Bond, Insurance, and Payment and Performance Bonds are required.

|Voluntary goals of 10% MBE and 6% WBE. Participation may be on a direct basis or as a subcontractor or supplier.
|Scope of work
|This project will make repairs to stabilize the tower at Gowen Hall and its cladding and includes the following work: regulated building materials abatement; selective building demolition; salvage of historic construction materials; landscape protection and restoration; concrete work; terracotta and brick masonry restoration; new glass fiber reinforced concrete or terracotta, structural metal fabrication; fluid-applied waterproofing, sheet metal flashing; sealants; restoration of copper louvers; coatings, and miscellaneous mechanical.
