Scope of work
The Yakama Nation Upper Columbia Habitat Restoration Project is soliciting proposals from qualified engineering firms for development and design of the Newby Narrows Fish Habitat Restoration Project.  This solicitation covers Design Phases 3 and 4 as described in the attached scope of work.  Please follow the directions for proposal completion and submittal as described in the attached RFP.
