 The Stillaguamish Tribe plans to implement the Indian Preference. Responsible Bids will be accepted from both Native and Non-Indian owned firms.
Scope of work
The Stillaguamish Tribe is seeking proposals for engineering services for the development of two parcels approximately 80 acres total, on trust land, located near Arlington, WA. Access, water, and power are all currently established off of 55th Ave NE. The first phase of property development shall include up to the following: 15 single family residential units, 6 multi-family residential units, including but not limited to an ADA senior facility. This plan will also include potential sites for as many as 40 additional residential units in the future. The successful firm or individual shall provide the necessary engineering services to the tribe for the specific purpose of plat design, all roads and infrastructure, preparing bid and contract documents, acting as representative to the Stillaguamish Tribe through the development and construction phases of the project. Inspection services and schedules to be determined in the future.
