Scope of work | |
Renovation of existing Ford Middle School’s 12,150 sq ft 200 Building which houses the commons area, kitchen, platform (stage), music classroom, computer classroom, and associated support spaces. Additions of approx. 5,750 sq ft shall occur at the commons, kitchen, music classroom, computer classroom and associated support spaces to accommodate existing student populations and improve food services. Site work shall include replacing existing sewer, electrical, domestic water connection services and modifying the campus main courtyard to accommodate the new additions. Phase 1: NTP – 6/25/15 – mobilize to site – site demo – hazardous matl abatement and demo – bldg. demo within Zone 1 (see dwg A0.10 for phasing info) – selective demo within Zone 2 (see dwg A0.10 for phasing info) Phase 2: NTP – 8/21/15 – complete bldg. 100 mech alteration – complete bldg. 300 mech addition – complete power and data re-feed to bldgs. 100 and 300 – complete utilities work on site – complete SW entrance Phase 3: 8/24/15 – 2/12/16 – complete work on bldg. 200 – complete site work adjacent to bldg. 200 This project is subject to WA State L&I prevailing wage info. Certified payroll will be required. Pease & Sons, Inc. is a member of the AGC. Pease & Sons, Inc. is signatory to the Carpenters and Laborers Unions. |
