Project Description: Construction of three (3) fiberglass aeration towers, concrete foundation pad, a CMU blower building, associated sitework, piping, electrical, telemetry, and controls. Estimated Value: $3.2 – $3.6 million Contract Duration: 200 working days *This project is subject to BOTH federal Davis Bacon wage rates AND WA State L&I prevailing wage rates. You must pay the higher of the two rates.* **This project is subject to EPA American Iron and Steel Requirements as defined in P.L. 113-76, Consolidated Appropriations Act.
