Scope of Work
Project Description: Link Light Rail – Satellite Operations & Maintenance Facility East (OMFE) – Bellevue, WA This 28 Acres Site in Bellevue will provide for storage and repair of (96) Light Rail Vehicles in a (14) Bay Maintenance Facility, employee offices, and OMFE Yard Track Work

Major Subcontracting Opportunities will be available in completing the OMFE Work Scope that includes:
• Civil Construction for the Yard, Maintenance Facility, and Offices; also an East Side Bike Trail
• Installation of Train Control for the Yard & Entrance (Traction Power substations-Yard & Shop)
• Overhead Catenary System (OCS), Communications and SCADA

Work Scopes include: Civil Site work (Grading, Clearing, Drainage, Erosion Control, Site Utilities); Demolition, AC Paving, Concrete scopes (Curb, Gutter, Masonry, Sidewalks; Rebar) Landscaping & Irrigation; Structural & Misc Steel, Steel Joists, Metal Decking; Rough & Finish Carpentry; Building Scopes (Metal studs/Gypsum/Insulation/Acoustical Ceilings; Waterproofing, Metal Wall Panels, Metal & Membrane Roofing; & Painting & High performance coatings; Carpeting, Flooring, and Ceramic tiles; Doors (Hollow Metal, Overhead coiling & Bi-Fold doors & hardware;) Additional Building Scopes: Glazing/Aluminum Storefront/Screening; Signs (exterior & interior); Marker Boards, Toilet Part/Accessories; Locker & Specialties; Equipment (Vehicle Washing, Loading Dock, Window Washing, Industrial Shop Equipment): Furnishings (Industrial & Site) Lifts: Material Lifts & Shop Lifts; Elevators ; Electrical & Mechanical Scopes (Fire Suppression, Building Plumbing, HVAC, & Building Electrical); Track Work (Special Track work, Embedded Track work, fasteners & joints); Overhead Catenary Systems (OCS); Light Rail Vehicle Sanding System, Jib Cranes & Hoists, Wheel Truing machine, paint booth & bridge crane; Roadwork, ROW improvements, traffic control; Bike & pedestrian trail work; Train Systems (Conduits, Duct Bank, Vaults, controls, Traction power substations; Security, data, communications); & QA/QC
