All potential subcontractors, service providers and suppliers’ ill be asked to complete a Small and Disadvantaged Business self-certification form in order for us to complete our Small Business Subcontracting Plan requirements.
In order to assist qualified small business subcontractors and suppliers, we will divide scopes of work into economically feasible units. We will offer to assist firms with meeting delivery schedules. providing points of contact regarding bonding, lines of credit, and insurance and provide infom1ation so that Small Business c~n secure their own sources of equipment in order to maximize Small Business participation in all subcategories.
Scope of work
Kiewit Infrastructure West Co. requests quotes from subcontractors & suppliers including those from the following Small Business (SB) sub-categories: Small Disadvantaged Business (SOB), Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB),Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) & HUBZone Small Businesses who specialize in the Heavy Construction, Building, and Marine Work Scopes in support of our Prime contractor proposal to NAVFAC Northwest for their P-993 TRANSIT PROTECTION SYSTEM FORWARD OPERATING LOCATION PIER US. Coast Guard Station, Ediz Hook, Port Angeles, Washington

Kiewit is seeking qualified subcontractors, suppliers and service providers to provide best value pricing to us for inclusion in our proposal to the Department of the Navy for the construction of their 22.300 sf Pile Supported Approach Trestle and Floating Pier that will include subcontract and supply pricing from our partners in the following work scopes and disciplines, among others: Approach Trestle & Fixed Pier Work: Site civil work, concrete supply; Hydro-acoustical monitoring; marine mammal monitoring, marine transportation/towing, piling supply, & dynamic pile driving analysis. Electrical power and lighting; fender & mooring systems; fuel storage, piping and connections, fire protection, potable water piping & connections, sewage piping and connections, ship drainage collection, storm water protection system, corrosion protection systems, access control, telephone & network connections.

Optional-Alert Force Facility- Single story, 8300 sf reinforced concrete masonry building supported by steel columns & beams including all finishes and utilities to support berthing space for up to (28) persons & admin wing
