Description of the Project:

This project will provide a new 1200 member Army Reserve Center (ARC) consisting of an approximately 104,497 SF Training Center, approximately 15,398 SF Vehicle Maintenance Shop (VMS), approximately 3,817 SF of Unheated Storage, and Military Equipment Parking located on JBLM. The buildings will be of permanent construction with reinforced concrete foundations, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical systems, electrical systems, and security systems. Supporting facilities will include paving, fencing, general site improvements, parking space for privately-owned vehicles, and extension of utilities and necessary permits to serve the project.

Interested bidders are required to complete ITB form, Qualification Questionnaire, SB Self-Certification, and provide a brief Capability Statement (optional).  Complete and return pre-bid docs ASAP.  Qualified proposals, directed toward your respective estimator contact, are due by 5:00 PM CDT on April 15, 2013.
