| Subcontractor / Supplier Goals, Set Asides, Preferences | |
| Selected supplier will provide the shipping information for the delivery of the product to FOB point as soon as it is available, but not later than 10 days prior to delivery deadline. This will include the number of bundles, weights, and dimensions of each bundle or crate, so that ANTHC can provide accurate shipping information to barge companies. The work will be considered complete when all units have been inspected / approved by the project engineer, and received at the FOB point. |

| Sealed bids shall be submitted with one (1) signed copy. Failure to submit the required forms in the number required may be cause for rejection of bids due to non-responsiveness.
