Scope of work | |
The work consists of site construction and installation of one station platform within the Swift corridor at the intersection of 204th Street SW and State Route 99 within the City of Lynnwood, Washington.Platform site work includes excavation, trenching, drainage pipe installation, minor street demolition and curb/gutter/paving, installation of utilities (power and communications), sidewalk and platform concrete paving, including all materials provided by the contractor. Installation work includes erecting owner furnished shelters, station fixtures, curb bumper installation, and various owner furnished electronic equipment (such as ticket vending machines, SAFTP (Smart Card reader) and SAFTP brackets, passenger information displays).The General Contractor shall provide project management effort in order to maintain schedule concerning logistics and sequencing of work in a busy traffic area with limited staging, coordination of work with adjacent property owners and communities, coordination of site access for utilities and other contractors providing technology elements for owner, coordination of permits, and management-custodian of government furnished equipment, coordination for installation of platform art, coordination of permits and adherence to all laws and regulations pertaining to City of Lynnwood. | |
